Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

For eligible products, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform H2O RESPIRO that you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

To exercise this right, contact H2O RESPIRO via the contact form on our website and include your order number. You may also use the model withdrawal form provided in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Products should be returned with reasonable care. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Return shipping costs related to a withdrawal are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Customized Products

Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where provided by law. A standard product manufactured on demand is not automatically considered personalized.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will review the request and, depending on the circumstances, provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Incorrect Size or Color Ordered

Please check the size guide and selected variants carefully before placing your order. If the product is eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal, the conditions above apply.

Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, H2O RESPIRO will reimburse the payments received from you for the relevant order, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. Additional delivery costs resulting from a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery method are not refundable.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect the goods.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed, and without fees charged by H2O RESPIRO for the reimbursement. Bank processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

Legal Warranties

Nothing in this policy limits the statutory warranties applicable to consumers. In France, the statutory warranty of conformity may be exercised for two years from delivery of the goods, without prejudice to other legal remedies such as the warranty against hidden defects.
