2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect information such as your name, postal and delivery addresses, email address, telephone number, account information, order and transaction details, communications with us, and technical information relating to your device, browser, IP address and use of the website.

Payment information is processed through the payment services made available on the store. Where applicable, payment data is handled by Shopify and/or the relevant payment provider in accordance with their own security and privacy requirements.

Accounting records and supporting documents may in particular be retained for 10 years. Data used for commercial prospecting may be retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for 3 years after it ends. For prospects who are not customers, prospecting data may be retained for 3 years from its collection or from the last contact initiated by the prospect.

At the end of the applicable retention period, data is deleted, anonymized or archived where continued retention is required by law.

Personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with service providers involved in operating the store and fulfilling orders, including Shopify, payment providers, printing or production providers, delivery providers and technical service providers.
