Order Preparation

Every H2O RESPIRO product is made to order. Most orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Delivery Times

Total delivery time depends on the destination country, the product ordered, and the production facility used. An estimated delivery timeframe is displayed when the order is placed. The total timeframe includes both production time and transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and are displayed before the order is confirmed. Free shipping thresholds may apply depending on the country.

Shipping Destinations

H2O RESPIRO ships to mainland France as well as several European and international countries. Available destinations are shown directly during checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, an email containing the tracking information is sent after the order has been shipped.
